Returns

Returns are available if customer received the wrong item in the package within 3 days of receiving. If you get broken or damaged product, please contact us at pleasetakecareofmecontact@gmail.com within 3 days after getting your order delivered. In the email, please include listed information: order number, full name with the address, photo of the damaged/broken product, wrong item as a proof. After 3 days, no requests will be accepted. We will be happy to help you at pleasetakecareofmecontact@gmail.com as soon as possible, usually within 24hours. 

After shipping out your order we are unable to accept returns or refund for any reason. We inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. We secure each product rolling with bubble wrapping, put them inside the sturdy box and lastly use shipping box to make 100% sure no damage will get to your order. 

Kindly note! We are not responsible for any lost, wrong addresses given by customers after we sent out the order for delivery, PO box issues or stolen items during transit. You can email us at pleasetakecareofmecontact@gmail.com to change the wrong given address, name, refund, exchange, cancellation if your package is still on our hands. After shipping our your order we can't do refund, exchange, return and cancellation after shipping out your order for any reason.
